New EUROF CHF 150 million 0.875% July 20th 2035

On 13 July 2026, EUROFIMA priced a new CHF 150 million 9-year senior bond, due on 20 July 2035. The transaction marks EUROFIMA’s successful return to the Swiss domestic capital market after an absence of approximately four and a half years. Zürcher Kantonalbank, UBS and Basler Kantonalbank acted as Joint Lead Managers.

Launched with a fixed, no-grow size of CHF 150 million, the bond was initially marketed at SARON mid-swaps +27–30 basis points and subsequently priced at the tight end of the range, at SARON mid-swaps +27 basis points, with a yield of 0.875%. The transaction attracted an oversubscribed orderbook and achieved a negative new-issue premium of approximately 2 basis points, demonstrating strong demand from the Swiss investor base.

The final orderbook comprised 19 investors, with a well-balanced allocation across investor types: 42.6% to bank treasuries and banks, 28.7% to asset managers, 19.3% to pension funds and 9.4% to insurance companies.
