EUROFIMA publishes its 2022 Green Bond Impact report
EUROFIMA publishes its Green Bonds Impact Report 2022 underpinning its contribution to the Climate Change Mitigation. A total net proceeds of almost EUR 3.7 billion has been allocated to the member railways under its Green Bond Framework (GBF). EUROFIMA financed electric passenger rail transport rolling stock as per its Allocation report.

Until 2021, the loans provided by EUROFIMA under the GBF financed 1’436 vehicles with zero CO2 emissions. This electrified rolling stock helps the railways to save annually 2’167’809 tons CO2 emissions, and 2’989 GWh of energy savings.
