EUROFIMA is pleased to announce that, following the expansion of its mandate to include light rail, metros, and trams, it has become a member of the International Association of Public Transport (UITP).

By joining UITP, EUROFIMA becomes part of a global community of over 2,000 authorities, operators, industry suppliers, and policymakers that has been shaping the future of sustainable urban mobility for more than 140 years.

As a not-for-profit supranational organization, EUROFIMA supports the development of urban public rail services by providing competitive financing for the acquisition and modernization of rolling stock.
