On 18 July 2025, S&P Global Ratings affirmed EUROFIMA's long- and short-term issuer credit ratings of 'AA/A-1+' as well as the stable outlook.

During the past 2 years, EUROFIMA risk-adjusted capital ratio (RAC) improved, owing to the company's efforts to diversify and stabilize its very concentrated loan book. The capital strength of the company is supported by a solid risk management.

The stable outlook reflects S&P’s expectation that EUROFIMA's capital adequacy will remain strong, and the institution will preserve its relevance in the market, while funding and liquidity will remain robust.
