Today EUROFIMA disbursed the funds from subscribing to FS Italiane's new private placement in the amount of Euro 200 mn with a maturity of 15 years.

The proceedings from the private placement are primarily used to refinance the investments into Bombardier TRAXX E464 electric locomotives operated for regional passenger transportation and electric locomotives E403 for long-haul public service passenger transportation.

Eurofima is proud to confirm its commitment to financing passenger public transportation in Italy for one of its biggest shareholders, Ferrovie dello Stato Italiane.
