The report provides a wider audience with some valuable insights into the fixed income engagement process on the sustainability topic. Throughout 2023, our team maintained dynamic engagement with twelve companies, extending our dialogue from 2022 with nine of them. Our discussions covered a range of topics, with a central emphasis on managing material ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) risks. Our report provides an overview of the engagement process per se and how our invested companies are performing in terms of ESG challenges specific to their sectors. We have pinpointed several significant areas for improvement and anticipate that these companies will prioritize addressing these gaps in the near future.
