The Chief Executive Officer of EUROFIMA, Mr. Martin Fleischer, and the Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Patrick Tschudin, both serving in this position since 2013, have submitted their resignation effective as of November 30, 2017.

The Board of Directors has identified two suitable successors which currently are members of the Board and who will join the Management as soon as possible. Names and succession dates are subject to formal approvals and will be announced in the near future.
