EUROFIMA is delighted to announce today the appointment of Ronald Klein Wassink as the new Chairman of its Board following the decision of its extraordinary General Assembly. Mr. Klein Wassink succeeds Alain Picard. EUROFIMA would like to convey its appreciation to Alain Picard. His leadership, talent and expertise have been a great asset to the Company.

Mr. Klein Wassink has a background in finance and holds currently the positions of Corporate Treasurer of NS Groep NV, Director NS Lease BV and Executive member of the Board of Spoorwegpensioenfonds (till April 1st 2020 and as of April 1st 2020 non- executive member of Pension fund Rail & OV).

Before Mr. Klein Wassink became Chairman of Eurofima, he has been Member of its Board from 2002 to 2012 and since 2016.
